Hey thanks for reading my post man! I started to workout a little different today, I did 5 sets on bench press started out with 35s 7 reps, 6 reps then 30s 7 reps, 5 reps, then 25s to failure. For the reps I did the most I could, and I did the same for the rest of the exercises. I remember walking out of the gym today feeling very tired but right now I just feel a little bit of pain.. I usually dont feel sore when I wake up but I'll see how today's workout treats me in the morning.

Wow thats some serious gain dude, what exercises do you recommend for working out obliques? and btw how much time did you take to notice results when you began working out?
