Gain muscle mass and weigh around 170 Lbs with low body fat.
Goal (Long):
Get BIG, WIDE, and CUT. Having bigger shoulders, obliques (BIG TIME), back, and legs. I want to gain at lease 45 pounds of muscle and keep my 5.67% body fat for the 2009.(maybe a little more wouldn't do harm but still..). I also want to keep up with my new carb diet in order to maintain high energy levels..

Hope that kicks your body into growth. I notice the weight goes down as you go along. Try progressive loading, do your first round really light as a warm up...then up the weights so you can do max 10 then load a little more where you can do max 8 or so...then a couple more around 6-8 reps or if you wanna do the last to failure. up weight rather than down. I hear that gives your muscle the shock it needs to grow. Skinny guys gotta help eachother haha
just read your blog on not feeling sore.
Just wondering, how do you feel the day after a workout? Also how do you workout, how many sets of each exercise and so on.
Take care. Adrian.
