How I Started:
I have worked out on and off since high school with no routine or proper nutrition. Being only 120 Lbs. when I was 17, I quickly wanted to gain mass, this lead me to eat everything possible including junk food. Gained 25 Lb's in two months, with an alarming percentage of body fat, I remained around 155-160 for a couple of years. Shortly in September of 2006 I got into a car accident, even though I was not hurt, taking the bus was incredibly time consuming. It wasn't until I hit 180 Lbs before I told myself I was going to make a change.
Why I Love It:
I love it because it helps me relieve stress and feel good about myself. Everyday I wake up wanting to better myself, even if its by 0.001%, its still worth it.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by spending money, lol, needless to say if u are purchasing supplements and pay monthly for a gym membership, you better go!! I estimate that I spend approximately 112 dollars a month on supplements alone.
BB Accomplishments:
In four months I have lost 20 lbs!! Body fat definitely has dropped and muscles are becoming more developed and apparent!
