What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?
I worked out 6 days every week, doing the same exercises each day: Chinups, pushups,Pulldowns, seated rows, dumbbell curls, hammer curls, tricep extensions etc...

What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
Do some research. Learn everything first, then start lifting like an animal!
