Just got tired of being average sized...I could use the mass for lacrosse anyway.
Why I Love It:
Because its a positive, great thing that makes me feel even better about myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
Its a habit...kind of like smoking. It's something I know I have to do or I won't feel like my day is complete.

-Being able to rep 135 on the bench.

This was right around the time I first started to work out. I was out of shape, slow, and I just didn't feel good about myself. So I decided to hit the gym alittle bit.
A year an a half into it. Looking back on it I feel pretty good about myself. But I am still 15 pounds to small, and too fat.
