How I Started:
I lifted weights with no training sheets when I was 14-15, but more specialy since when I was 16-17
Why I Love It:
I love the burning sensation in my muscles, and it just help me evacuate daily stresses
How I Stay Motivated:
Look progresses on bodyspace, look at myself to see any change, and train with my friend, Tent, which is too ripped =)
BB Accomplishments:
I decided to train my legs, and I raised my squat of 90lbs in a month

Yes
What is it?
My wrists
How does fitness help you with your condition? What do you have to do differently in your program since you have this condition?
I need to warm up my wrists before training, all the time, or I may get tendonitis
