till before two weeks i lived not like a BB for a few weeks! But now I``m back again to do my work to kick some asses next year! Whats your weight right now! You`re looking real huge!

Sorry De!! But the last month was very stressfull!!! I´m back with over 100 kg but i can`t look into the mirror! all the kg did gone on my waist! it looks terrible! friday i´ll start a new diet! To come in Shape again! But i don`t compete the next two years! The maingoal is always the same!!! BIGGGGGGGGER LEGS!!!! don`t know how you say slide good into 2009 hope that all your wishes cometrue! Stay hungry De!

Hi Holly! Your pics are also always very Hot! Thank you! The competition was bad for me cause something went wrong with loosing the water sorry didn`t got the right english word for! So all my hardness was gone cause I got to much water under my skin on stage! I placed on the 7.! The next Goal will be to start one weight-class heigher in 2010 it will be the class - 100 kg!

Hi Dee! Got a lot of probs on stage and so I didn`t Qualify for the finals! But I must talk again with my trainer to clear what we did wrong!My next Competition will be in 2010 must go in class 90 to 100 kg! So I have to gain round about 6-8 kg muscles and again the most of it on my legs! On Saturday my weight was 87,6 kg so I gained 3 kg from last years competition! Think 3 Kilo muscles in one year is a good gaining! thanks for your words! will put some new pics on from yesterdays Fotoshoot!

It was the Rhein-Neckar-Cup last Sunday! But I made that Competition only for testing my posing! The real one where I could get the qualification for the germans is on next saturday! Will keep you updated!

I´d been in Markus Gym only one time! It´s a great Gym with Hammerstrengh machines! I do my workouts at Miggers Gym also an IFBB Pro from Germany. you can look here www.migger.de! He`s my trainer and trainingspartner! I`d met Markus last Sunday at my competition he`s huger then ever 133 kg in great Shape!
