I started my training in 1994 cause i want to loose fat and grow to a freak!

I will do my first competition in Oktober/ November 07 and I hope that i`ll get the qualification for the German Championship! At the Germans I only wanna be a top ten athlet!

Dear, I know exactly where you are coming from. The time after this last comp "killed" my physique. I mean, I have put on musalce, but I also have a belly again. Not like the little hotties on this site, it's more like an out of shape nobody with no goals... Grrrr If people only KNEW what we go through...
I wish you the best in 2009, we'll always be hungry... Never satisfied...
