I want to compliment you on your exceptional body. I know it took an incredible amount of drive and determination to build it and you are to be congratulated. You're physique is one that very few men are willing to do what is required to develop. You are a great inspiration to so many others, including me.
You are proof that you cannot dream yourself into the body you want: you must hammer and forge it, rep by agonizing rep.
Stay strong, focused and determined and may God bless.
good work bro u've got it all could u pass by my profile anytime c the pics and gfive me some tips 4 some improvement ..that would be gr8 thx bro 4 the inspiration
Dude, just a heads up...the person using the profile "Faithluvsyou90" is using pics of a fairly well known web porn acress from the UK. Maybe she's in the USA now, but more likely it's just some sort of scam to get people to sign up for a website or something. Notice that all of her "friends" are guys.
Be careful in how you deal with her, and don't get taken for a ride. Odds are, she's not legit.
Thanks for the advice.I am afraid you’re totally wrong. Getting the IFBB bro card has nothing to do if I want to pursue the Olympia or not.Age is not the factor in this sport, what matter if you have the heart to do it. Look at people like Ronnie Colman, D. Charles, Tony Freeman or even Vince Taylor. My goal is always to compete wither I make it to the Olympia or not is irrelevant. Size will come in time again I don’t have to be 300lbs to win a show Bro!
i read your workout on your pro-file. I wrote it down ill do it. the hard part from me is not kill it in the gym it is the diet. right now i am on no supplments. I'll take all info and advice u have and push hard. the one thing that tends to make the differance the not so great and the great is the mental ablity to push.so it is not really the work out.it is the focuse to tax your body untill it fails. I have questions about technic.it would be foolhardy to pass on your offer.
Rage, you look freaky, in a good way! I read a comment you left for arcanis0700. He wanted to go to the next level and you offered to help. I was wondering if you could give me some tips on leaning out and keeping my energy levels up. Thanks for your time, Skimbo
You will on be cocky if you forget where you come from. Just stay true to yourself. You can even do the one movie, pay off school and possibly open your own gym or other venture.
