hey, glad to hear that your feeling better. dont pick yourself apart when you look in the mirror either, you have a lot to be proud of already, from obstacles you've over come in your life to your actual physical appearence, you should be very proud. keep working out on your schedule with your friend for support, but just understand that in fitness, there really is no "end of the road" so try and learn to be happy with who you already are. . . -mike

hell yea, 2 and a half hours every monday (gi) and tuesday (no-gi), and an hour every saturday (mma)... i'd be there everyday all day if i had the time. its workin out though, cause then i can lift in the middle of the week and not be sore for class... i f'n love it though. sweet profile picture, is that real?

just joined a camp practicing BJJ...first class was monday night 6-8:30, im still soar bro. haha. im real excited to see what comes of this though.

thank you for the kind words jim, it means a lot. i heard this old proverb once that went something like "life is 10 percent what happens to you, and 90 percent how you react to it", i'd have to say that at hard times it really makes sense. good luck with all your futire goals. and thanks again.

i practiced shorinryu and achieved my 1st degree BB when i was 18, its more of kata based traditional karate. i started training at "sitdyotong" for a minute which is Muy Thai, i enjoyed it but had trouble juggling work and the gym. i want to get back into it. the two forms completely contradict eachother, however im able to intergrate a little of both into my own. keep up the good work, i'll see you on the other side of the octagon.
