How I Started:
when i was younger i was wrapped up with the wrong type of people and doing the wrong type of things, since i've cleaned up my life training and staying fit has become my outlet. I've always been all or nothing, and now im just applying it to something constructive.
Why I Love It:
Its a great stress reliever and i love seeing results. Plus i just really love working out. i find myself smiling the whole time during training sessions (almost comes off arogent) and when i want too stop i just smile more and lift harder.

Just getting ready to start some Turbulance Training. I'm pretty excited. LoraColson curls 25# dumbbells and I'm only curling 22.5#! Look out! :) How are you doing?
Well I am definitely in the best shape I have ever been so I guess that is an ongoing process! I think I am on track too man, definitely not where I want to be, but slowly getting there! In your photos you look great man. Looks like you have been on track for a while! Good job!
Sounds like a good plan. Things are going pretty well for the most part man. Trying to make time for my workouts, it seems like the day always pass by so quick, but getting em done for the most part!
Thank you very much! And no, I'm not a photographer. The crappy photos...those are the ones I take. :) But I did take the one of my dog and me. Not too shabby if I do say so. Hehe. Pretty tough holding his head up with one hand and the camera with the other.

It's great that you're fitting working out into your busy schedule!
I caught the cold now and although I'm losing weight, it's still 60% muscle..so need to put a lot of effort into training once I'm up and running. peace
That's cool bro. You'll soon be aching a lot less! Keep with it, as it takes a while to learn the basics and it's serious hard work. Most people don't last long, so make sure you're a survivor! Let me know how u get on.
