How I Started:
when i was younger i was wrapped up with the wrong type of people and doing the wrong type of things, since i've cleaned up my life training and staying fit has become my outlet. I've always been all or nothing, and now im just applying it to something constructive.
Why I Love It:
Its a great stress reliever and i love seeing results. Plus i just really love working out. i find myself smiling the whole time during training sessions (almost comes off arogent) and when i want too stop i just smile more and lift harder.

It's great that you're fitting working out into your busy schedule! I caught the cold now and although I'm losing weight, it's still 60% muscle..so need to put a lot of effort into training once I'm up and running. peace
