I love everything about it. I guess it's just the act of shaping yourself to what you want to be, feeling the pump, holding nothing back and just going for it.

i wouldnt know too much about my parents financial situation with the gym... they kinda keep things having to do with money to themselves. i do know they are trying to sell the gym though... just in case your interested LOL

maybe training too hard? Looks like you're training hard lol... my ears alone are 12 (got 3 in each ear all at once... not a good idea if you're not a back sleeper), belly button, tongue, lip, nose and one not visible to the public. guess that's 17

I did get some feedback. I now have one of the judges as a coach so I'm golden now. She wants me to add some size to my quads and calves and all my cardio is going to be on the bike. I didn't start my cardio early enough for last show.

LOL VIKING BEARD!!! BAD ASS!!!! I don't mind not wearing my septum. I haven't in so long that it doesn't bug me. Plus since I live on my own and have to support myself I really don't mind sacrificing a nose ring so I can live lol

That's awesome you hit your goal. I basically added foods I like more, cut back so much real food...my body just doesn't lose weight that way, I do better with bars and shakes. My macro breakdown is about the same as what the other guy had it at, I lowered the carbs some and upped the protein. So only one more competition and then your taking break? Sorry school sucks I'm so glad I'm done...lol.

well i gotta start small silly. i just started training 2 months ago lol. i got my septum done a while ago and i can't wear it down with my job and it's too big and obnoxious to flip it up all the time...therefore i went with a spacer lol

yeah... they expect you to not have to work, or sleep... or workout. lol im done until i save enough money so that i dont have to work and go to school. its too hard.

yeah you are supposed to stretch slowly. i was just impatient. i like fast results lol. my septum is at at 8g right now i'm doing the BLNPA New England Natural in April. Possibly another BLNPA in June. Definitely another in Oct. 2010 lol

i stretched mine to 5/8 really quickly when i was 14. i took them out for a few months about 2 years ago and they closed pretty quickly. when i decided i wanted them back the biggest i could get them was 1/2 because of the scar tissue but i'm kinda glad. i like them this size now :)

soooo.... now you dont love school so much anymore... lol i like it, its just really hard to do while working all the time... and i love sleep, and working out... but i have a really hard time eating right... and keeping motivated on my own. im always talking at the gym instead of working out... haha unless im alone. what show are you doing? do you know yet?
