I was fat and one day finally decided that it was enough, i was sick of getting teased and picked on at school and i've never turned back from that moment.
Why I Love It:
I love everything about it. I guess it's just the act of shaping yourself to what you want to be, feeling the pump, holding nothing back and just going for it.

During bulking....lol i don't think it's too pretty
So on wednesday morning last week my achilles tendon and i were almost at an impass. The pain was great....but i was not going to stop my cardio for anything short of death. So i pushed on......and this is part of what went on in my mind while we struggled through.
I love my dr. He is getting me fixed, so I won't complain! He wants me to be able to train and inorder to do so the time off is needed so things can get fixed
i went to the er. Doc says i can't lift for at least two weeks, so I will have to start back pretty easy, so be nice to me if we start training together...
maybe we can work together. I really do need someone I can count on to push me hard. I have been doing lots of cardio with Benson, but no weight training, and last night I was in a minor wreck, but I think I am going to urgent care today.
My motherboard went out and I finally got my computer back. How did things go for you, brother? I was thinking of you when I had no way of contacting you...
I wish I had the knowledge to help you out. I am struggling myself with being so busy. I am only taking two classes, but I feel like they are taking up all my free time. Plus I have been working extra because my boss has been sick, and I am working on getting a puppy!
i have been all over the forum and can't find a good cutting diet. i use to carb up on sunday but i go too much that i had to cycle every 3 days. i think i might just stick with 40/40/20 for a while
