How I Started:
I was fat and one day finally decided that it was enough, i was sick of getting teased and picked on at school and i've never turned back from that moment.
Why I Love It:
I love everything about it. I guess it's just the act of shaping yourself to what you want to be, feeling the pump, holding nothing back and just going for it.
I'm fed up with these people. I fail to understand why they don't just throw me out and give me my money back. I workout the way i workout and that will never change. I feel so much anger toward almost all of the staff now....i know i'm giving them the death look. Especially those ones i think...

i seriously think all the guys in that gym are deprived of seeing hott girls working out... because the women that workout there are all wayyy out of shape... or older... and i kept seeing guys staring at me while i was working out... haha even one of the girls was watching me the whole time... and the one female personal trainer is thin.. but has absolutly no muscle. i think i might try and get a job there.. they are looking for personal trainers.
I did two national level shows this, not sure if I will compete later this year, or hold off until next year. I actually have hips, so I need to work on widening my shoulders and back a little bit, to balance that out. Othe than that, the judges seem to like my look, and my presentation. What about you?
ya i bet - could be maybe an age thing too. Or maybe they just need to get in touch with themselves again - literally.
Ok, so i've recently heard about Keto - so it's just a diet which has very little carbs right? - sorry still very new to things, want to learn as much as possible!

ha it's all good, usually my mind always wanders to sex even if the subject has nothing to do with it. not sure why but i won't complain.
ya, what if i eat fruits - is that still too much sugar? lets say... 1 grapefruit and 2 oranges a day >_>? other than fruit i don't get sugar from anything else (well not large amounts).
haha! Ya i can't lift much but boy is my stamina good.
oh i definitely have a cheat meal at least once a week - a lot of the times i'm worried i'm still consuming too much refined sugars.
Maybe one of these days i'll be able to prep for a contest. Would be pretty impressive. Right now my major goal apart from losing body fat is to run a marathon within 2 years or less.
