no offense to you but thats why I may need to go to the IFBB yes I am natural but with my striation and my size I just dominate the natural league of bodybuilding and no offense to you guys but I am only 17 yrs old just imagine when I am 25 hell I am already more cut and in better shape then you I have tons of respect for you but I mean I am just going to crush it

yeah today was a day off from me I was just real busy today couldnt get a time in and plus I had to spend time with the old lady but it sucks I couldnt get a lift in but you know what I need a break after a while you get burned out you know what I mean

exactly weight training is the easy thing but having a good nutritional diet is the hard thing if you make it hard but I was curious I am doing research on this and I want to ask you this when women bulk up to gain size arent you guys worried about gaining weight because its easier for women to gain weight then men.

good luck man I also compete natural but the IFBB wants me pretty bad and if I take home Teen Nationals I am going to get a IFBB pro card if I accept it I think I have what it takes to compete with the pro's naturally dont you I mean I am only 17 yrs old 18.5 inch arms remember bro you always have to thank god he's the one who gets us. Are you a pro?

thats an injury and let it heel further lifting can cause more of a serious injury I had a freind who had the same situation he was doing bent over rows and he broke his wrist because his bone released and snapped what ever you do rest it and ice it is it swollon please tell me if it is you need to go see a doctor if its sour and bruised and if it feels tight rest it

nutrition is the most important thing thats what I am very strict on very strict I meausure every thing I eat. Yeah I eat 10,000 calories a day but healthy 10,000 calories I am big on the mass so you have to eat big to be big but overall good luck with your goal bro and god bless

yeah its questionable I mean i'll figure it out soon, but nobody seems to under stand the amount of work I put in I remeber time after time I busted my ass off to look like this I remember the first time I squatted 620 lbs I was vomiting and I popped my eye vessesls I mean I am really a ****ing animal in that weight room I mean how many 17 year olds do you know that bench 500, squat 620, and dead lift 680

well I just dont know yet man I mean I respect every bodybuilder out their but competing naturally fits me better I wanna prove to every one that I can get close to 22 inch arms naturally people say it cant be done well I am the man to prove it.

hey man every one is always saying the next Mr. Olympia hell BSN is asking me to get invovled with them but bro I am competing natural as if right now the IFBB wants me to start doing non tested shows but I dont know yet but if they offer a lot of money on the table I just dont know

p90x is a great workout I did that 5 weeks out before my competition and it got me leaner it possibly even got me the Teen Iowa title I won back last year it is a great method keep it up bro and soon you'll look like me
