How I Started:
I was always the fat chubby one getting picked on in school
Why I Love It:
I love the anticipation of the gym, the pump while working out, and the increased mental sharpness, energy levels, and self confidence
How I Stay Motivated:
Rocky Balboa and Pumping Iron, whenever I start to lose motivation, I simply watch one of these, or read about Arnold back in the day.

Goal (Long):
I have been studying in Italy for 5 months and have become very out of shape. There were no gyms near by, and all I had to eat was pasta, pizza, and bread. While over there, I took the extra time to research every article, scientific journal, and any thing else I could get my hands on. I have developed a plan consisting of mainly John Berardi's nutrition, Christian Thibaudeau's training, and of course about a hundred tweaks based on my research. I have compile all of the "rules" into an excel sheet to optimize meals, training, and recovery time. Let's see what happens...
