thanks, my grandfather taught me how to do handstands in San Diego CA when i was 13, i'd just keep practicing jumping onto my hands until i could hold it longer and longer, and i would walk down a slanted hill so gravity forced me to move forward, then i got a wrist injury, so i stopped doing handstands for a few years and i started doing them again like 3 months ago and im suddenly 100 times better at them. But yeah, tons of practice and you need VERY strong wrists.
When i usually go to the dining hall i very rarely get anything other than like whole wheat wraps w/ chicken so my stomach handles that fine but I only really ever get really bloated when ill cheat on my diet and have like the Saturday morning pancakes or something thats when i feel it or late night dominoes on the weekend. Other than that my stomach handles it fine despite taking in probably well over 4500 calories a day
oh yea im a freshman i always go to fitspace too, if you ever notice me you should say something.
Im just eating non stop right now, 6 times a day usually 2-3 times in the dinning hall when i do i get grilled chicken wraps and a bag of baked chips to get about ~75 grams of carbs~30-40 grams of protein ~10 grams of fatthen i just eat other times in my room have a bowl of oatmeal w/ almonds and either a protein shake or a can of tuna
good clean bulk, gained about 8 lbs since i started it. mainly chicken, string beans, rice, potatoes, yogurt, tilapia and other random fishes, sometimes some lean steak or pork. basically that's all. have some ids weight gainer and some universal real gains in there as well as the normal protein i take.
hey, well when i first started i was doing sets with reps of 15 - 20, i didn't really know what i was doing back then but it worked out well cuz it gave me some strength, now im usually doing around 8 - 10 reps or 6 - 8 reps, and if im going really heavy i'll do 3 - 5 reps
hey man, thanks, i'm doing a lot of strength training right now, working pretty well. haha thanks, that vid was from a while ago. back in grade 11. well im glad to hear it's working for you
Yes slow and concentrated movements are wayy better than just increasing weights and doing it properly. I can lift more than what Ive mentioned. Need to update it :D
Thanks for the comments bro ..Appreciate it ..Its hard to give tips and stuff unless you tell any specific exercises. PLus its all about genetics..Even if two people workout the exact same way, its very rare that they;ll both have the same time of physique. So yeah i'll sure help you out.. ;)
Thanks man
well here is a few workouts i have made for friends
basically to get large and cut, focus on one area of your body per day, eat at least 150 grams of protein, about 30 grams per mean for 5 meals in a day
and get lots of rest
i'll send you the workouts in a message
