danibootcamp but i was hoping for at least 12pounds by now lol.im adding some more supps to my diet and starting kris gethins program and jamie easons.its time to drop the fat LOL.even tho i know im lifting waaaay more than ever.i know the fat will come off soon enough.i got alot of muscle under all the fat LOL;) Mar 1, 2012 12:17am

danibootcamp I did look over some of the plans on bb for some new ideas,which have helpful, I think I may toss a few of them together each week &see what happens. Alot of it i already know. Tho I am interested in Jamie Easons 'live fit' & Kaged Muscles 'body by design'... I hear those are great. I am curious to follow one for a week by spec and see if i get greater results. danibootcamp Hi Mashrew!:)Lol!that cracks me up:) Cool!I'll look up that book,sounds good.Im also pretty much doing my own routine too.Basically I workout 6days a week.cardio 1-2hrs a day plus weight training 1hr a day.I make sure I hit each muscle group 2x a week.Ur food thursday sound like my sundays!lol!On Sunday I baggy up my oats,snacks,vitamins &whey for the week lol!that way all i have to do is dinner each night which consists of veggies&fish-its easy to just throw in an oven lol Feb 13, 2012 4:19am
