How I Started:
I started training for football in middle school. I caught the weight lifting bug in 7th grade. At my physical peak i was 220 and very muscular and very quick. A solid WR build. I also have been training for any upcoming bodybuilding contest but I can't commit to a date :D
Why I Love It:
It gives me the freedom to change my body to near perfection.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking at photos of famous body builders.
BB Accomplishments:
None however I have watched quite a few shows and been to many professional shows throughout the NW.

Goal (Long):
After I hit 220 I want to bulk after summer and gain anywhere from 15-20LBS by Feb. 2010 which is a very hard goal but achievable due to my very high muscle memory and I have always wanted to be more like Shawn Ray or Kevin Levorone as opposed to Coleman or Cutler. Although because of my height I will have to be cut at around 250 to have any chance of competing.

I want to LOSE 60 lb
