Def goin good Rock...Body fat % is finally under 10% cause Im currently in season so ive been doing major cardio, season ends in 2 weeks then I can start to get big again

It's good man, I finally finished my summer classes so its time to commit all my time to training, and boy those kabata's kick ass, I use them to warm up before I run and I think it proves to be more of a workout! Hows things over your way?

Hey man, any advice for workouts on the lower abs, I got a stubborn spot that i can't seem to hit, it frustrates me everyday haha

I did those Tabata intervals you recommended today while jumping rope....I thought I was going to die haha....very cool theory, it took me a while to control my breathing afterwards, I like that kind of work out a lot!!

hey man if 3 times a week is demotivated, then your still ahead of the game, but i know how you feel its not satisfying unless you get in there 4-5 times.....but as long as you still wanna get in there thats all that matters

Hey, don't want you to think I forgot about that agility w/o you gave me, I'm starting it July 1 after I attempt to put another few Lbs. on.....I've been successfully adding mass so I'm gonna try and cut myself up real good in 2 months for preseason...stronger than ever man Hows your training goin!?!

last month my one rep max was 225, and even if it may sound unreasonable I am training to bench 255 by the beginning of my season in September....i do 6x6 2 days a week and from 155-205 i increase in 10 lb. increments, and when I can do 205 for 6 after all the others ill start at 165 and finish at 215 etc. is that helpful and what do you recommend?

Hey man thanks for all the advice before, I started eating like you said too and The last 2 weeks I have just gone into a cazy tempo, I have never trained so hard and I feel like its starting to show...appreciate all the help
