hey guys,
I'm a DIII college soccer player, although I am a starter for the most part I have trouble making it the whole game with the same intensity as i have the entire first half...the gym thing is workin for me so far but I'm also lookin for some cardio and agility drills......If anyone...
THX Mitch for the comps bud! You've done a great job yourself! Nice work! If you would, add me to your inspired members list! If not, no prob. Best to ya! ed aka Ol Supe
Yeah, Tabatas are SO much tougher than you'd think! I've seen many athletes over time who are initially like "oh, sounds easy for me, cool" then later on they look at me with a look of despair and shovk on their faces, lol! You can progressd them easily too, by adding in resistance, like medballs for burpees and I also shadow box in the 10 secs recovery time, so I never quite stop. U could practice ball skills. Bit closer to how it is in sport.
Its all cool bro! Give Tabata intervals a look too when ur ready to cut. They'll get u ready for the season - maintain a high level on fitness, cut fat and help mantain muscle. I think I've got some info on my blog with example. Let me know how it goes bro.
