How I Started:
Got started lifting for wrestling, then my parnets knew the brother of the powerlifting coach, then I immediatley took a love for it, then started looking at bodybuilding. now all 3 of those sports are my life.
Why I Love It:
Just seeing your body change week to week. feeling the number in my lifts going up, and being stronger than other people.
How I Stay Motivated:
Watching bodybuilding/Powerlifting videos everyday. just staying focused. and support from family and friends.

I am powerlifter, wrestler, and bodybuilder. I wrestle and powerlift for my school. won states for powerlifting. and want to enter a bodybuilding comp. some day. I have always been into strength and muscle. Started lifting for wrestling, then got into powerlifting, now I'm a wrestler, powerlifter and bodybuilder. I have about 4-6% bodyfat. 148lbs. Bench 240, deadlift 360, and squat about 285. yeah my squat sucks but I'll get it up there.

idk hes some kid from mason MI...a freind of mine moved from merrill (my town) to mason and she was talkin about how strong i was soo he got all deffencive and said he was gunna beat my ass...one day ill set him in his place..i plan on goin down there in a few weeks when i get some time off work..haha
Hello~ Yes, I workout during the day if I can scaped from lunchh time, I get about 45mins. workout then I go back to the gym sometimes after work hours to continue where I left off.
Certainly have the thick upper body of a powerlifter with that neck and traps and solid delts, arms and chest. Thick powerful back also. Must also be one very successful wrestler for your school along wih the lifting. And certainly with all that knowledge about this sport already the next step will surely be one great competitive BBing physique. Best of luck in all your goals and sports. Andre
LOL! Sometimes if I workout at night, I tend to sleep late as well...so it's one of the reason why I need more sleep. Do you workout during the day or at night?
