I like to take pictures of my abs for progress. They are my strong feature to gage my nutrition for any shoot. My goal is to eat super clean and step up the cardio additionally to my weight training program till November 19, the day of the shoot! Then I will get to enjoy some turkey dinner soon after! YUM! So...pay attention to what clean eating does for your abs! It is amazing!

Here I am backstage with two wonderful contestants! The girl on my right lost 15 lbs. and the girl on my left lost 60 lbs! They both had amazing stories and worked hard for this! I had a great time backstage!

This is me backstage hanging with JNL and Berns. For those of you who aren't familiar with Berns, she is the Passion Fruit Designer for both of our swimsuits. She ROCKS!! Check out her stuff at www.passionfruitdesigns.com JNL took home the WBFF Bikini Diva title and I made it to the top 10. I had an amazing time! It was great getting to know the contestants backstage!
