I have always been one of those intermittent worker-outers...and now i am just very serious about it and determined! my sister is a personal trainer, there is a gym below me and i work at a gym - there really is NO reason i shouldnt be fit!
Why I Love It:
I dont love it just yet, but i'll get there...i do love the added energy i get from it throughout the day though

I need/want to be healthy looking as well as actually be healthy inside. I need/want to improve eating habits and make exercise something that is part of my daily life, like brushing my teeth, not a chore like vaccuuming - ugh! I want to finally be happy with my body - at whatever weight looks best on me, not what any book says!
