This is one part of my body that's always going to stay the same no matter what. At least until I hit old age, and then these youthful features will be replaced with wrinkles, spots, and crow's feet. lol!

Man! I was really in excellent shape back in 2007 (a marvelous year for me). It was pretty obvious in this photo.

You can pretty much see how much slimmer I was by this time. That's exactly the way I want to look again by Christmas of THIS year. ^_^

Taken on my birthday last year. This is actually one of the first few photos I posted here on BodySpace during my first run on the site. Unfortunately, I wasn't quite as active in fitness at the time. This was where I began my spiral into depression.

My chest has gotten pretty flat since I started exercising. Clean eating and plenty of cardio workouts to maintain all of this. ;-)
