Back in 2007, I was in the most tip-top shape of my life. I was exercising daily, eating right, and mentally well. Then came the stress of 2008, and my whole fitness plans were crashed due to a bad relationship, friendships that ended horribly, and intense demand from college.
With the new year now here, I intend on starting where I left off and going back to keeping myself fit and healthy. This is actually the second time that I've been here on BodySpace, and I intend on using it more responsibly this time around rather than my previous time.
Why I Love It:
It keeps me healthy and lowers chances of any critical risks. It's also much fun and enjoyable (especially if you're watching television as you're doing it, lol).
How I Stay Motivated:
I think of my family and my friends. :-)
I also think of all of the stress that I'd been through in the previous year that had kept me from staying fit and healthy.
And, not to mention, meeting others on BodySpace who have made an effort in staying fit and busting their butts out in the gym. :-)

Bump up my hours of working out to one and a half and workout at least four or five times a week. :-)
Goal (Long):
My biggest hope is that I get myself back in the shape that I was in around the summer of 2007, which was the best shape I've ever been in my entire life. I have slacked off a lot during 2008 because of a lot of personal issues. Now that I have the free time I've gained after graduating college, I can get back on the treadmill and step machine and start concentrating on my cardiovascular exercises again. I'm also going to eat right and be less stressful.

back in the day when I started, my cardio was a walk then become a run and now I just can't sit still, I run in the am for 30 (hate it) and in the pm, run or elliptical. Try to burn 300-500 cal a session... ur 6'8 and 22!! My lord u a big boy!!!
did all those red squares come from today? im not even sure what they mean ...only have heard red isnt good?? but i see them all the time. I have to go change a poopy diaper now...dont be jealous,lol:)
well we do live in a country of free speech sooo you take the good and the bad i suppose lol. the character sounds great. it will be awhile before you write it , correct?
