NesQuickChick You get sick an awful lot MCG. I hope your feelin better soon. I hope to get motivated to work out soon too. My daughter goes to the gym without me daily and I feel guilty. derekptd Shoulder weakness CAN be a direct cause from C$ C% herniation. Get a second or third look because this could be a nerve issue which when left alone won't get better from lifting weights alone. Try to work on the ROM of your chest, work rhomboids and lower traps(a must!) too. Definitely do some RC isometrics if you're looking for strength and stability. Best of luck! Feb 10, 2010 7:24am

derekptd Thanks for the words of encouragement! It has been and continues to be an uphill battle(still dealing with neural issues stemming from C4 C5,etc.) but one that has made me stronger and able to inspire a few along the way. How has your recovery been? If you need any help or suggestions with your training, diet, corrective exercise,etc...don't hesitate to ask. ;) Feb 10, 2010 5:39am
