Well I decided it was about time to actually lose the weight so I started going to gym in 2005 but wasn't as motivated in going. After I moved I found a more friendly gym.
Why I Love It:
I just find it fun and I need to keep myself healthy
How I Stay Motivated:
I keep an old picture of when I was really overweight in a mirror that I pass by everyday so I will remember I used to be like that and I never want to be again. I have my whole life ahead of me... I want to be the best I can be
BB Accomplishments:
**Updated as of 2/8/08**
Lost 54.25 inches all around since 11/26/06 Yay :)
I also went from being 275lbs in May 06' to my current weight. 60lbs lost since May 06' and 74lbs lighter then I was at age 11 :o

I've been obese most of my life and I want out! It is time I take a step up and actually accomplish my goal instead of dreaming it.
I want to lose more body fat off of my body and watch the inches go away, to tone up my muscles, and lose weight. My current long term goal is to lose 65 lbs

5/31/09 goals are still the same but I want recover from an accident and want my strength back
It's kind of sad that events in life can make all your past efforts go to waste. 2-27-09 I was hit by a drunk driver that was traveling the wrong way on the highway. He hit me head on and sent me in a barricade. I had no breaks or wounds just muscle damage/spasms in my neck and back. I was...
Thanks, it's a long way off but I'm fighting for it :) Keep at your training as your mother was joyed to see you up and moving around like you were Sunday. When I was over 300 I would sometimes get tightness in my chest and it could get difficult to breath. I don't want to put anyone through another funeral again, not after September :( If you catch what I mean.
I am sending out a mass comment to all of my mutual friends. I hope all of you are focused and keep on keepin on! With the upcoming holidays, we need to stay in check and look our best for friends and families. Good examples ya know? Stay ACTIVE! KT
well its good to hear youre getting better! what did you injure? and yeah ive heard about danielson, but John Cena is my man LOL :D
and yeah deadlifts pretty much own :D
Making progress still, progress slowed down a bit when my best friend passed away two weeks ago :( So no progress pic until oct 30th, I hope to be 200lbs by then.
Good I guess, I do my 10 minutes of light cardio to warm up, 8 sets each per minor muscle group, 12 sets per major muscle group, typically out within 45 minutes. Go home and refuel.
I had planned to head up to my rents Saturday evening but unless people I know are going to be at the fair I won't stop in. Not much ever interested me at those things :/
