Well I decided it was about time to actually lose the weight so I started going to gym in 2005 but wasn't as motivated in going. After I moved I found a more friendly gym and I've been going 5 times a week.
Why I Love It:
I just find it fun and I need to keep myself healthy
How I Stay Motivated:
I keep an old picture of when I was really overweight in a mirror that I pass by everyday so I will remember I used to be like that and I never want to be again. I have my whole life ahead of me... I want to be the best I can be
BB Accomplishments:

Lost 54.25 inches all around since 11/26/06 Yay :)
I also went from being 275lbs in May 06' to my current weight. 60lbs lost since May 06' and 74lbs lighter then I was at age 11 :o

Goal (Long):
I've been obese most of my life and I want out! It is time I take a step up and actually accomplish my goal instead of dreaming it.
I want to lose more body fat off of my body and watch the inches go away, to tone up my muscles, and lose weight. My current long term goal is to lose 85 lbs by August of next year (2008)**editted DEC 07'** 65 more to go...
When I go and look at my main bb.com page it is changing to a different picture. First it was a couple then the second time it was some dude flexing. I keep changing it... so I'm just leaving it as a blank picture to see what happens :/
My workout program changes a lot lately it seems. Lately I've been doing weight training then cardio days on and off. For two weeks I do a crazy circuit training and then normal lifting for 1 week and repeat
its obvious that you dont know me, but im very very proud of you and your weight lost, excellent job, you are a instant inspiration to a lot of people.

I do feel better, and I am also tackling my laziness to get back into ketosis. Ugh- sighs. I have been keto for about three days now, so the battle is getting easire. I sure like the diet a lot.
