I done 3 sets/12reps of 64pounds deadlifts, 3 sets/12reps 64pounds pushpress, 3 sets/12reps of 20 pound weighted pull-ups, 3 sets/12reps 64pounds snatch, 3 sets/12reps 64pounds T bar rows, 3 sets/12reps 64pounds weighted bench dips, 3 sets/12reps 64pounds barbell shrug

Just shrink that 5 megapixel photo to around 1600x1200 and it'll upload just fine. Click on the "Help" link (at the top of this page) and look in the FAQ for ways to do this. :)

to gain mass I take Egg Protein mixed with milk, chased with PB toast, also snack on lots of yogurt, deli meat, cheese. Good luck!
