Got my first weight bench the summer after my freshman year and using that along with jogging helped me drop weight and gain confidence. Then this past year I began going to the gym with a friend of mine, but he is leaving for the army so now I'm back to using my bowflex.
Why I Love It:
It's something I enjoy that is purely benificial. I can push myself and know that there is only gains to be had. Everything that goes on doesnt matter when I work out.
How I Stay Motivated:
Visualizing what the results of my work will be, and friends.

What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Had my shoulder give out while benchpressing and the bar slammed down onto my chest then rolled to my neck. I recovered by not working out and getting rid of my bench.

Trying to lift heavier than they should.
