I thought I was the shit when I first took this.. now its sort of embarrasing lol.

After more progress, I've been going hard on pull ups and weighted pull ups. Deadlifting, and that's about all I do for my back. Also notice the new scar on my right lat from my crazy ex girlfriend!

Updated back pose after 4 months of hard training.

Taken after a few more months of hardwork in the gym. My pull ups and bench press have increased..
