I thought I was the shit when I first took this.. now its sort of embarrasing lol.
After more progress, I've been going hard on pull ups and weighted pull ups. Deadlifting, and that's about all I do for my back. Also notice the new scar on my right lat from my crazy ex girlfriend!

My training has been strange to say the least.
I've been trying to lift once a week, run once or twice, and go to boxing twice a week.
I'm the most well rounded I've ever been although some areas do need improvement.
My big lifts are..
Bench press - 170 lbs for 2 reps or 155 for 5...
GNC 100% Whey - Strawberry

Reason: Taste is decent.. quick N easy.
Started: Feb 10, 2007
Reason: Great taste! More protien in a single serving! Less servings than GNC brand but cheaper also.
