How I Started:
I was with my pressure very high. Then I started to do exercises and work out my life has changed radically. Stopped to feel pain in the neck and today I have a healthier life.
Why I Love It:
I think not have a better thing in this world.
How I Stay Motivated:
Well .. If all these people achieve... Why do I would not have a muscular body?
