I'm flexing here. Amazing what a little bit of cable flyes and dumbbell flyes can do to your pec in just a week and a half! It looks like they're already evening out!

I'm so glad that my pecs are evening out now! unilateral movements with cable flyes and dumbbell flyes are the trick to even out the other side! YES!

Still around 172 lbs. but the body fat is most likely around 16 percent now. It's going good. My diet, supplementation, and workouts are spot on right now!

6'1 173 lbs. Not sure of body fat, but haven't been lifting as much or as hard now that fall is here. But my focus is still there!
