Part 1. Wall ball 20 reps. 30lb ball/9' toss into a deep squat. 3 sets. Alternate with 10 Burpees x 3 sets.
Part 2. 40lb dumbell set. Deadlift to curl to overhead press repete 10 times, followed by 40lb gobblet squats x 15, followed by 10 four count mountain climbers x 3 sets.
Part 3. five pullups followed by 10 pushups followed by 50lbs x (15) x 10 sets.

Working to gain muscle.
Multi vitamin in the AM. Hyper FX and creatine monohydrate one hour before workout (has glutamine in the monohydrate powder). Three protein shakes per day. 1 low cal and carbs. Two high cal and carbs. Trying this for a month to see what results are. 2.5 weeks in added 2.6 lbs. Could be some of the bad eating over the holiday that has added weight.
