I popped an inguinal hernia a couple of months back, and have been out of the gym since. My physique has suffered greatly! Lost 20 lbs. and gained some fat:) Nothing I can do about it until I have surgery, so I'm going ahead with my ultimate goal of seeing where I can truely take my body if I give it all I've got.

I want to GAIN 30 lb
