How I Started:
Started working out when I wrestled in high school. Quit working out when I quit wrestling in college. I got fat because I drank beer and ate fast food all the time. Now I have it in my head to get back in shape.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it makes you feel better. You feel better throughout the day, feel healthier, feel confident, just in general you feel amazing. You can blow off steam, and it's a good way to get away from things.
How I Stay Motivated:
Remember how I was. Look at old pictures when I was wrestling. It is my goal to look lean and also to get big at the same time.

Hey Mark, you are making some great progress. I can definitely see the fat melting away and being replaced by some lean muscle mass. Good muscle mass and nice definition starting to show. I'm in the same boat. Stopped working out, gained 25 lbs, and now trying to get it going again. Keep up the good work!
