my new years went well...drank a little, first time in a while...Now, im gettin ready to get on a strict diet and lean up but still keep my weight at 230lbs...How about you?

geeze lol, your ontop of things.. i switched over from doing powerlifting, went for a national title for squats..came real close, but if it wasnt for a torn muscle in my back i prob would have got it...I'v been doing all bodybuilding workouts, and im getting some good gains and better size...feel better too..haha maybe ur butt could coach me as to how to get ripped up.

yeah, its always a good feeling being sore after legs..sucks driving stick home from the gym when your legs are still shakin sometimes..iv been doing alot more leg press and extentions now, instead of real heavy squats, and its making a huge diff in size n def. I was going to tell u, what gets my hams destroyed and bigger is doing heavy deadlifts but keeping my feet spread out and grippin the bar more toward the middle..

Inflict some punishment of your hams last night? My legs are still shot from 2 days ago..probubly why i slept for over 10hrs last night...feeling good today.How's the gold's gym you go to? open 24hrs?

hey, nice man...always good spendin time with the family..I think santa was broke this year bec i didnt get much..lol did get a gps tho which i really needed...but i enjoyed the holliday..Trying to get things together and start a strict diet come january..Hopefully i have enough determination to stick to it...

sounds pretty sick. I'm going to try to cut up at around 230lb with 10-12%bf max....its going to be tough, but ill work harder...looks like i have u for the motivation tho!
