I'm not gonna lie, completely and utterly slacked this weekend. The gym was closed and one thing led to another, in the end I found myself eating all the wrong stuff and doing hardly any exercise :( oops.. Definitely regret it now lol. No worries though, I'm off to get my ass officially kicked down the gym today, so I'm back on track again. Haha, well serious respect to you for keeping going despite the snow :D
You are kind.Have not even been able to hit the gym.Just waiting for another surgery end of Feb....may be able to finally hit the gym by April.Till then...taking care of the inside with carnivor beef protien:)
Hi.. Its ok. I think everyone would like to have a little snow here and there.. The news said it may snow tomorrow , but not alot of course . It still gets pretty cold out here.. I like to curl up in a blanket and watch a movie when it gets cold out here.. :)
Old man muscle lol. Im only 24. haha. Oh I know what your talking about bro, I see it all the time at Powerhouse. I see it a lot of the time with these skinny kids who have "Big Man" syndrome, i try to help them but they just look at me like I dont know anything, I get a kick out of it. Yeah man I stick to a lot of compound exercises, you need to if you want to pack on that lean muscle mass, remember its about quality not quantity. lol
Man 21, was a good age for me, thats when i made some good gains. I was around 225-230 around that age, but now my muscles have mature a lot more, so now when I weigh 230 I look about 240-250. PLus I stay a lot leaner in my off-season. Yeah I eat about 6-9 meals a day. lol. need my food haha.
Yeah thats how I train, Heavy weight and High reps. I go for 8-15 reps. It works for me perfectly, gives the pump and helps to improve my growth a lot faster. I'm loving it. Cuz I just recently competed about 2 weeks ago, I have put on over 30 lbs already, contest rebound weight. lol.
