When I Started:
Jun, 2006
How I Started:
I used to do random exercises during Summer 2006 with friends in the gym. I really got started when I left my swim club after 8 years and found the gym as a way to stay fit/in shape, which was in August 2006. I wanted to get bigger for chicks, but I really got in to the lifestyle when I started to see my body changing. I became extremely dedicated and soon I was a regular. Watching WWE also motivated me(especially when I saw John Cena and some of the other muscular/toned wrestlers). I found WWE superstars workouts and started following and rotating through them. I've done several sports on teams like: swimming, water polo, wrestling, football. I like sports but nothing gives me the pump of weightlifting and everything I've gotten from it. I now lift 3-5 times a week. I do abs and cardio 3 times a week.
Why I Love It:
Because of the way it makes me feel. I love the pump and lifting the iron. Watching my body change and my lifts improve makes me feel great. I'm also more confident and the women love my body. Bodybuilding is an art form where you sculpt your body to how you want it. Its a huge challenge if you consider all the aspects like dieting, weightlifting, cardio and possibly sports.
How I Stay Motivated:
*WOMEN* Seeing changes in my body (size, tone, etc). Getting compliments, visualizing and attaining my goals. I can't picture my life without it, its just a high I can't get from anything else. The reasons I love it (listed above) also keep me going.
Motivation isn't difficult when it comes to training, instead I find it hardest when it comes to dieting, but I know it goes hand in hand with the training.
I look at the aspects that have brought me to where I am today.
The 10 keys to my Success:
1. AMBITION
2. BELIEF IN ABILITY
3. COMMITMENT
4. DEDICATION
5. DETERMINATION
6. DISCIPLINE
7. EXPERIENCE
8. INTENSITY
9. MOTIVATION
10. PERSEVERANCE

So I just recently ran out of Animal Pak and I've been debating whether or not to get a new pak because of the many studies I've heard/read of.
The news along with many magazines have stated access amounts of these vitamins/minerals clog arteries and veins and can be fatal. They advise against...
I don't reveal my workouts, I like to be unique. I have many different ones I cycle between every 3 - 4 weeks so that I don't hit plateaus.
I choose the weight that is the heaviest and allows me to complete the number of sets and reps per exercise with proper form.
