hi mark hope you hit your goals and your well , been training chest today still doing more db than bar bell to bring on the weak arm but its working making some nice gains in strength at the mo . have a good week mack/
Thanks Mark very kind of you. Most interesting that you have changed programs im starting to feel it is time to change things about myself.Well ive had some improvements and trying to press on.Train everyday nearly, brief up to 1 hour at mo.Did a 195kg 1 rep max deadlift couple weeks back that was nice.Still got heaps to do and lots to learn obviously the hard way!!!
Hello, was thinking the same seems to been awhile.Glad your doing well reaching and taking your goals by the scruff no doubt! No to the creatine i need to clean myself and rest on the intake front.Rather off putting but dont get the crap that i did have now.Hows the strength gains coming along?
I am trying to "lean out" as much as I can right now (that's what Brooke has been referring to, me going on a protein diet - haha) so hopefully I can see some improvements when I take the pics. I am also of the mind that the slow progress (doing it the right way) is what I need to do, but I am a fan of instant gratification - lol. I will just keep at it, it is a never ending journey. I see even the best bodies actually continue to improve so thats my long term goal.........stick with it eh?
Hi Mark, I wish I could lose weight that fast I never lose weight it is pretty discouraging sometimes. This challenge has been hard for me, I have had too many distractions. My daughter had a baby boy in Oct and then when he was 3 weeks old he had to have surgery so I was helping her out a lot with stuff. Then some stuff with my parents and so on and so on. I think I have gained more muscle mass but I don't think I have lost much body fat which blows big time.
Hey Mark, I was looking through your progress pics for the last 2 years and while you have always been in awesome condition you have made some huge gains in the last year. I especially noticed that your waist looks smaller and your back and shoulders bigger. Awesome!!
