Sounds interesting Mark, I have tried a few 10x10 sets with bicep curls, leg presses, leg extensions, tricep pushdowns...could never really get the weight correct - either too light or too heavy. I like the work volume though, I am coming to grips that I really like tons of volume and run the risk of over training. I am also wondering how long will I have to eliminate bf% before I can start to gain again. Hard balance to not lose muscle. Cheers

I'm fine now mate I'm just gona concentate on mm cardio till xmass work goes silly for at this time of year as I write this my daughter is in hospital having s baby how is your training coming on with the challenge
I am looking to change things up myself. Thinking about incorporatnig some active recovery - flushing sets to a worked muscle the next day and see how that goes for some added growth. I am finding its hard to gain when you are dieting down
