Day 1 - Arms - Heavy triceps session but light on Biceps!

1. Between Bench Dips - 2x20 unweighted. 1x12 @ 132lb, 1x12 @ 176lb, 2x10 @ 176lb & 1x10 @ 198lb.
2. Cable Pushdowns - 4x10@ 110lb
3. Skull crushers - 1x12@66lb, 3x10@88lb
4. Larry Scott Kneeling Triceps Extensions - 1x12@...

Sounds interesting Mark, I have tried a few 10x10 sets with bicep curls, leg presses, leg extensions, tricep pushdowns...could never really get the weight correct - either too light or too heavy. I like the work volume though, I am coming to grips that I really like tons of volume and run the risk of over training. I am also wondering how long will I have to eliminate bf% before I can start to gain again. Hard balance to not lose muscle. Cheers

I am looking to change things up myself. Thinking about incorporatnig some active recovery - flushing sets to a worked muscle the next day and see how that goes for some added growth. I am finding its hard to gain when you are dieting down
