My training is going well- consistent and getting stronger- probably adding some mass, but I need to be a bit more focussed on my diet.

Thanks Mark very kind of you.Most interesting that you have changed programs im starting to feel it is time to change things about myself.Well ive had some improvements and trying to press on.Train everyday nearly, brief up to 1 hour at mo.Did a 195kg 1 rep max deadlift couple weeks back that was nice.Still got heaps to do and lots to learn obviously the hard way!!!
