Started on and off for a few years during and after high school. Always liked being active, so naturally it isn't too much more different to me than playing hockey or running in some active sense.
Why I Love It:
Best stress-reliever. Keeps me active. Feel like doing it, when I don't feel like it, I won't go.

Just getting back into working out, took off time after hurting my back. Lost a bunch of weight, almost 30 pounds, and basically got skinny again. basically back at square one.

Do you track your workouts (exercises, weight, reps, etc.)?
What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
not properly stretching or lifting too heavy. don't sacrifice weight for form to try and look strong.
Have you ever had a lifting injury?
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Pulled my back really bad. Took a lot of time off of working out, lost a lot of weight.
