How I Started:
Out of high school, weighed 135lbs. In HS and college I had to wear a T-shirt underneath my regular shirts to appear that I filled out my shirt. I got tired of being a little shriveled kid.
I started bodyweight exercising when in college. After college, started working out at a gym. Each year I have modified my workouts, by learning more and getting smarter. Each year I make progress.
Why I Love It:
I love working out/training because I see results from years of effort. I have also met many friends with the same interests. It is awesome to personally witness positive changes in the body.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated, because I know what I would look like if I quit; and, I love modifying my strategy, and seeing how it affects my body.
I don't want to compete. Just want to look much better and be stronger than the average guy.
Lastly, and not least of course, is for the healthy lifestyle.
BB Accomplishments:
Gaining about 65lbs since college, knowing I am not that small anymore and very strong for my size are accomplishments enough.
