How I Started:
I used to work for the Vitamin Shoppe corporate Office. They decided to participate in Body for Life (within the company).I placed first and won a $1000. At the same time I made a friend in the gym and she was training for a show. She looked great and I just started to train for my first show that was happening 6 months later. I placed 3.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it makes me feel good and keeps me focused. I love to watch my body change week over week. It's amazing.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at magazines and my boyfriend motivates me. Also, when I see my body consistenty change, that's means it's working.
