I have always been into fitness since I was young, however when I was 17 I met Trina who is now my best friend and her man was a bodybuilder but she was inspirational. She worked out and asked me to join her, unreal! I was hooked! Now I help inspire her with her training.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling, who doesn't. It's a positive, energetic game! Challenge and results are awesome.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have a facebook page and I am ways putting inspirtation quotes up there, after a certain period, I was motivating myself and others were emailing me telling me to keep it going. I love that I can help inspire others.
Aim at it and hit it! Inspire...lean and eat clean / I really want to do some sports modelling!
Goal (Long):
I was going to compete this year, however I wil be overseas during the comp time so I have still decided to train and eat as if I am competiting. To keep the motivation going I have booked in a photo shoot and I will send some images off to Oxygen, Fitness and Health for women and some other names. Fingers cross. Loving every minute of this!

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
I don't do anything to get me motivted, I already am. Of course there are days where I just can't be bothered and I push myself to do it then glad I did!
NOTE - My stats are based on total weight lift. So if I have done 52 kgs that is what I hold total with the 2 barbells combined. Want to make sure my stats are right. ;) mmm not bad for a girly eh?
For the next 6 weeks I will be following a program to the same ratio and regime every week...
I haven't taken any updated pictures in a while. I started my swimmer program at work so some of my mass is gone : ( The swimming is a new physical challenge though, so its all good. hows training going for you?
cheers M, changing up the routine is definitely helping the development! How's everything going with you? I've started back with the trainer this week, killin' it with no-rest supersets, aiming to PEAK over the next month.
