How I Started:
Started 20+ years ago as a martial artist/boxer looking to gain strength, kept it up through the USMC, got injured and stopped training, healed and came back as a dedicated lifter. Injured my shoulder and arm and no training for 5 years. Got back into it this year, but taking it one daya t a time!
Why I Love It:
I love the feel of the pump. I feel so alive after I lift!

Goal (Long):
I used to be in perfect shape and could have competed, but my primary nature is to be a fighter, the weight training was in support of that. I don't fight at all these days, but miss the shape I was in and have determined I will get back there and stay that way. It's all about training and eating clean.

I want to LOSE 30 lb
