I've strength trained for years. But only recently have I started really watching the diet part.
Why I Love It:
The pump, the rush, the high, the ability to move mass amounts of weight, Evan the pain that makes you grit your teeth after a hard leg day and you have to squat to take a dump. It’s all worth it.
Oh, and being jacked is cool too.
How I Stay Motivated:
My Corps, It just gives you this mentality that nothing is out of you grasp, almost like your invincible. This can be bad, like when we do something stupid. This can also supply us with the strength needed to accomplish any task. No matter how hard.
My son, when I ask him what he wants to be he says a dad. My two girls, cause not ever situation calls for gun fire. Most of all, my wife, No matter how much pain I put my mind, body, and soul through; its nothing compared to what I've put her through, and she still loves me. That’s what does it for me.
BB Accomplishments:
Deadlift 405, When I reached that earlier this year thats when I really wanted more then just to be that allllaround huge guy

Eating Out is like a hoddy of ours (my family). Living in Okinawa gives you such a wide selection to choose from, We could eat out every other day for my three year tour and not eat at the same place twice. Know the culture of this place allows for some very healthy choices but also...
