lolz thanx man...ya it was an exciting experience for us both...and he's just looks great working out man..he's literally: a body-builder. well in that case i might just take a little trup to suffolk later this summer and come on over. sounds like a plan. and if you guys are ever here in NYC, let me know before you come and i'll set up guest passes for you and him and whoever else comes.

trust me man thats the best part...is bulking season! cuz everyone asks what you eat to look so good...and your just like oh i eat **** **** and some more **** lols...and there just like how can you eat all that jujk and still llook good lols so good luck man! makde sure you enjoy it or else you wont get the best feeeling out of it bro!

hey debra :D how's it going. i did okay i guesss...i placed 2nd and got invited to the photoshoot (which i just got back from). and the photographer asked me to come back to do more casual shoots...so i guess thats good progress...but eh, i feel i can do better :)

i think that would be very unlikely...simply becasue of the fact that my goal is to attain YOUR size. hahaha you have some great bulk and size to you my friend and i would highly take advantage of it...just like you're doing already. but all-in-all great results and WOW progress! very inspirational
