Well I have always been highly involved in sports and any physical activities I could. My folks knew that it was an outlet to keep me focused and away from bad elements. I traveled a lot as a kid being a military brat and I soon after high school enlisted to serve our country in the USMC. The discipline that was required being a Marine only heightened my realization that to best serve my country and client’s fitness was a necessity. Working out has been a great outlet for stress and an ability to help others achieve a more healthy and productive lifestyle.
Why I Love It:
To get older and better at the same time is one of the most important aspects of bodybuilding. I am a firm believer that continued education and learning to be better at whatever drives you keeps you alive and vibrant. I have the opportunity daily to help others achieve lifelong goes through health and nutrition. Check out my fitness boot camps at houstonbootcamps.com and if you are ever in town I invite you out to experience the innovation we are bringing to the industry.
How I Stay Motivated:
My motivation comes from seeing others achieve goals that they thought were out of reach. I also love the feedback I get from this site. You guys are awesome!!!!!
BB Accomplishments:
I am pretty humble so just being able to make it through each workout on a consistent basis is an accomplishment for me. I believe anything that comes along with it is a by-product of hard work and treating others well.

What Marine77 Is Up To:
Oct 26, 2009
Marine77 changed Weight from 189 lbs. to 175 lbs., a 14 lb. loss in 32 days - 5:42 am - Comment
Is he really going to lift that? LOL Why yes I AM!!!!
Goal (Long):
I have always wanted to get into competition shape and place as high as I can. If I don’t do well it will push me to do more. I figure as much as I am in the gym I may as well try to at some point. I also only recently throughout all this time got serious about nutrition and the results have been nothing short of tremendous. I have no idea what I am going to do when I go home and grandmother starts cooking for holidays. I think I will just get a protein IV and walk around the house pushing that hospital machine with the little robe on. LOL
Okay guys so this first week has been a great week only 51 more to go lol. So as far as working out I have ramped up my cardio to lean out before the spring. Here is what I have done (cardio) this week.
