How I Started:
I have always wanted to get more seriouse about workingout. I really do not know why I am starting now. My metabolism is incredibile I sat on the couch for the last three months drinking beer, and did not gain a pound. I smoke and drink, but the only way I have ever been challenged is by me challenging myself. 7 months down the rest of my life to go!!!!!
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling I get after a good workout. I don't know why,but I enjoy the hurt, pain and physical struggle that come from pushing yourself as hard as possibile, I love how everything takes a back seat when I am at he gym. I don't think about women, bills, my ****ed up house, or any problems that I might have, everything leaves my brain and it is filled with this glorious pain that I have come to find is the greatest comfort I may ever have. The gym saved my life!!
How I Stay Motivated:
I like to feel energetic. I want my girl to swoon over me. She is in Italy and I am here in the states. Love hurts, but some things are worth waiting for. I stay motivated with music, The right music can jolt your soul, or push that extra set that gets results. HOO-YAH SALIVA HOO YAH MUDVAYNE
BB Accomplishments:
I passed 150 pounds now 161. Now I'm chasing that 185 range nothing can stop me!!!!

My overall goalwill be about 180 t 200lean cut muscle maintained for as long as possibile 60- 70 I hope. I would also like to maintain a 9:30 on a mile and a half. I am at 10:30 now. but I push it 4 days out of the week. I not only want to look good for my girl I want to look good for me (not to sound too vain) Good health is a great thing. It is great to feel enegertic and full of life I can't believe how my attitude does a 180 after a good workout and a good run every problem takes a back seat and every step forward feels like a step toward a breath of life my goal is to keep it up until the good lord puts me down!!!
