I used to do show jumping with horses. I had a very strong horse and needed to strengthen my arms and legs to be able to control her. I like the way you can control your body and to manage the weights.I quit competing with horses after a year and I started aiming for competing in Bodybuilding. my rolemodel that got me started was Cory Everson.
Why I Love It:
It makes me full of energy and life. I love the lifestyle and to be in cotrol of my food and training. It's amazing how you can sculpt your body to what you want it to look like and how you always can learn new things to reach that goal.
How I Stay Motivated:
I change my training routines often and I always try to learn new methods. The more you learn about how your body and muscles works the better your body will respond and improve.
BB Accomplishments:
5th in the World championships in Slovakia, 1st at Jan Tana NPC show.
4th at Europa Pro Supershow 2005. 5th at Europa Pro Supershow 2007.

I am now training hard to improve my physique and add some size to my frame.
Goal (Long):
Ever since I was an amateur back in Sweden I dreamt of one day be at the stage of Ms International or Ms Olympia. Now I am in the USA and I'm a professional athlete so I am closer than ever to fulfill my dream and accomplish my goal. I will keep my head up with hope and stay focused in the gym until that day come. My husband Kris and I have agreed to not have me competing this year and instead trying to put on 8 lbs of muscles for next year.

i eat abaut 2000 cal/day only from healthy food,i don't eat sweets of fast food:)
