How I Started:
I played soccer in high school and I loved the feeling of being active. I'm in my sophomore year of college and I hadn't been to the gym at all and was gaining weight because I was always studying and just having a good time on the weekends. But now I have a lot of time on my hands and decided that it's a good time to develop some good workout habits and you can probably catch me in the gym 5-6 days a week.
Why I Love It:
Being physically fit makes me feel great internally and externally.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have a lot of will power and self control so that usually gets me through my workouts.

Hey thanks for stopping by! Aside from getting tired of the Desert sun, all is very well. Keeping as fit as possible and looking forward to getting back to a normal life in a couple of months! Eating habits are really key to doing this for a lifetime. If you got that down...you got it made!

hey you! Sorry for the delay getting back to you! Wow has this week been fun (note the sarcasm)!! This weekend I am actually going camping which should be fun! It is suppose to get a little cold this weekend (mid to low 30s) so it should be interesting. What do you have planned?
Marie, even if you can only get 30 minutes of weight lifting...you will see progress! I have been limited to three 30 minute weight training sessions a week this entire summer and I was still able to progress! Don't let those all night college parties bust those workouts either!
oh I was stuck studying for a test that I have that is work related. I did that pretty much all week and still have more to go!! UGH! How was that party! I could have definitely used a drink then!!!
