How I Started:
I played soccer in high school and I loved the feeling of being active. I'm in my sophomore year of college and I hadn't been to the gym at all and was gaining weight because I was always studying and just having a good time on the weekends. But now I have a lot of time on my hands and decided that it's a good time to develop some good workout habits and you can probably catch me in the gym 5-6 days a week.
Why I Love It:
Being physically fit makes me feel great internally and externally.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have a lot of will power and self control so that usually gets me through my workouts.

It has been a while. Training is going good. I changed my training and went back to heavy lifting and cardio. I am able to run more on my knee than I have in the past five years and it is feeling great. Now to take care of the rest of the body. How have you been??

training is going ok, I've had a few injuries lately but im getting through it. I've bulked up the last 6 months and put on some good size but to much fat so im about to start another transforamtion contest

Marie, even if you can only get 30 minutes of weight lifting...you will see progress! I have been limited to three 30 minute weight training sessions a week this entire summer and I was still able to progress! Don't let those all night college parties bust those workouts either!

oh I was stuck studying for a test that I have that is work related. I did that pretty much all week and still have more to go!! UGH! How was that party! I could have definitely used a drink then!!!
